Season & Fire Long Table Dinner & Barrel Aged Cider
Friday Long Table Dinner 5-7 pm at the Artists Tent
HVMWF presents 2 exclusive opportunities to be treated to an intimate fire and cider inspired Long Table Feast amongst this year’s festival.
Your hosts Malcolm Freedman of Willie Smith’s Cider and Jimi Anderson of Season and Fire have been conspiring to create a Spanish inspired barrel aged cider with a long table feasting menu to showcase this complex and unique cider.
The experience will begin with cider poured straight from the barrel; an exclusive opportunity shared only by those at the feast. The meal prepared by Season and Fire will be shared down the long table while Malcolm explains the process of making this often funky and acidic Spanish delicacy.
The Long Table Menu has been curated to both compliment and add to the personality of this intricate cider while taking on a Spanish flair. Produce sourced from the Huon Valley and surrounds will create a mouth-watering experience over 2 courses.
Included are 2 glasses of the barrel aged cider with limited release ciders that have been produced over the last season available for purchase.
