-Ox-tail stew with toasted bread
-Charred squid with chorizo + saffron romesco
-seared lamb leg with celeriac + chimmi churri
-Potatas bravas with roasted garlic
-Winter greens, parmesan crumb + almonds
-Beetroot, orange, fetta + rocket salad
